Can u tell me the merits & demerits of taking tea?

I dont take tea not beacuse it is bad for health,but i want not to subject to any kind of habit.

I think it is good for you to not get into the habit. It is healthier to drink water. Of course I have been drinking tea (and coffee) for years and now often give up but i will just have one now and then (I have had a couple today). So it is nice, when you get used to it. You can have green tea, ceylon tea, Earl Grey tea, English Breakfast tea, white tea and many others. If you do want to try tea, stick with organic herbal teas like peppermint tea as these won't be addictive. You can also get organic decaf black tea which shouldn't be addictive as there is low or no caffeine in them, or decaf green tea.

i will keep as non-tea-taker in my whole life. But I will always want to know the best part of the thing which I don't like.

Green tea has more antioxidants required for health. Its so good for health. Normal tea doesnot have much antioxidants
