Though i dont have depth knowledge about it,still i can explain in layman words. When any site's hosting server changes ,sometimes a problem create in dns(Domain name servers).I think Isabemarco has changed their DNS servers. So what happens after hosting to new server,a typical problem comes up like some percentage of people can open the site with no problem where as others can't open.So do one thing clear your DNS .Go to command prompt typing cmd at run. Then in dos prompt type ipconfig/flushdns.I think your problem will be solved.Thanks.

Hi I have to admit I don't know what opendns is but I do know a thing or two about DNS. DNS is short for domain name service. What does DNS do? As most of you may already know, each computer is assigned a unique IP address. No two computers have the same IP just like no two homes having the same mailing address. DNS associates a name to the IP. Why? Simple. Would you prefer to key in, for example, 124.22.1.01 when you go to a website or would you prefer to type mylot.com? That's what DNS does? It's essentially an IP mapping table. Now, back to your question, what is OpenDNS? I searched the internet and found this: http://www.simpledns.com/kb.aspx?kbid=1186 I have to say, I don't know exactly what the site is talking about. But it sounds like a security measure to prevent spamming, etc. Hope this helps.
