What can I do to get around if I have POT Syndrome?

POT Syndrome or POTS(Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome) have debilitated my life. This started 40 days after a car accident in Dec. '04. I was a passenger and was hit from the driver's side which in this case pushed us to the other side of traffic where another vehicle broke our acceleration, thus causing me to have double whiplash. Like I said 40 days after, I started getting severe dizzy spells which would cause me to pass out in the process. I've become very very sensitive to movement. I haven't driven since '05 because my dizziness gets triggered. Elevators, wheelchairs, and escalators quickly trigger off my dizziness. I have a walker which helps me move a little better but I need something else that will help me get around a little better than my walker if I ever have to do things without any assistance. What can I do if I'm so sensitive to movement?
