Attack by the MILF

Yesterday, i saw the news about the M.I.L.F. or the Muslim Islamic Liberation Front in the Philippines attacking some parts in Mindanao, Philippiens, regarding the conflict in an agreement for territotial occupation by the MILF as a result of peaceful negotiations, but was delayed due to some proceduarl matters. Such attack was inhuman for several people died in the attack mostly residents. If you were given the power to solve this problem, will you retaliate or continue with the peace process and give the M.I.L.F.'s a part of your territorial domain?
