How to avoid Insomnia

1) Sleep well 2) Don't go to bed until you feel sleep 3) After going for sleep to bed, if you are feeling that sleep wont come, just engage yourself into other work. Don't be in bed. 4) Do plenty of exercise 5) Try to engage yourself into works 6) Don't be depressed into any situation THanks

Thanks for the tips. I suffer from insomnia and do try to do everything except for number four. However, I still can't sleep. This is my second day of practically no sleep... 48 hours and only an hour of sleep.. I feel like a walking zombie already...
