Different people minds but same physic

Why so the people are same and life are similar and physic are same but the thoughts are diffierent.
I know you are confussed with question,
But what you respond suddenly on seeing this

I think it is because we have different experiences. I remember I have seen a report about siblings in the same family, while they have different characters.
The oldest child usually takes more responsibilities from their parents, so he/she acts more mature, and in the future he/she probably gonna be a manager;the second born child usually cares about people, and the youngest child is usually very naughty.
That is all I can remember now.
