why do people find job in us and europe

I have seen and heard that there is no jobs in US and Europe and the locals are struggling to find a job over there. But same time i have seen many outsiders going to US and finding a good job and making a good life . Is that because they are ready for low salary compromise ? Or is that they are technically good ? Lets make it as a healthy discussion to help wach other.

Its All Because Money They offer in US and Europe... Also the Value of $ and Euro are too high compare to other nations. Also Ppl like these countries because of thier life style.. Definately much better compare to developing countries... Tell me frankly if some one offers you a Good Job with greak perks in US wont you accept the offer...? Definately u will. Because its hard to earn good money now days... people are ready to do any work or work anywhere for Good Enogh Money.. Hope This make sense....

i understand that. But i mean to say that if one is ready to work , there are jobs in US and Europe are others are finding it . also there are having a good life style. Thanks for your response . That was valuable.
