New PTC with low $1 payout

A couple days back I found a PTC with a low $1USD payout.
Right now they serve up about 7 ads a day to standard members
at 1 cent per click and 1/2 cent to referral clicks.

On another note, I'm curious.
When you see PTC sites with such low payouts do you instantly think scam
or do you think like I do?
I usually think "Well, $1 is a small amount so if they are a scam I'd find out quick!"
But personally I like the look of this one and been looking around the forum and such too. The admin seem to be honest enough. Let's hope this one is honest!

Sure, i'm interested. I may already be a part of the site, though! Have you been paid by it yet, or you haven't quite reached the payout? 
Ur well, that's a silly question as I re-read the ending part & it definitely sounds like you haven't!
When I see low payouts, that's usually a good thing.. isn't it? The higher the "payout limit" the more of a scam I think the site is.
I also don't really prefer sites if they don't pay by paypal! 
So if that site you speak of doesn't pay by paypal, i'm not interested.

Well, it has a reputation of paying within 24 hours. So i really hope it's true.
Unfortunately, they pay by Alertpay. May I ask why you would not like to use Alertpay? I admit I hesitated for a long time before joining Alertpay but now I like it lots. Wordlinx pays through Paypal and so does a site I write reviews on, called review Stream. I never been lucky to make payout on wordlinx yet but I hear they also pay within 24-48 hours. I have received 3 payouts from review steam so far and I am aiming for my fourth one by the end of August.
I joined incomebux.net a couple months back cause i saw many good things about people getting paid more than once and low $1usd payout. But as soon as I requested payout a week or so after they blocked my IP and then suddenly everyone was complaining about them and they turned Scam.
I agree high payout sites are ones to be weary of, but even at $50usd payout (review stream) Hey, being paid three times and I used some to invest into crewbux without having anyone tell me something is wrong or they want the money back, I'm good.
