Have you ever gone out to eat alone?

I'll do it only when I travel. I don't know. It makes me kinda sad when I have to go out to eat alone.

Yes! Every day.. for lunch I always go out to eat alone 'cause I don't like the food that offers the enterprise where I'm working.. It's lonely, but it's better to enjoy the meal instead of talk and hate the food..

I can not recall having ever eaten out alone. the very thought of it is uncomfortable for me, imagine the actual doing of it? I am not sure that I have ever even ordered food from take out for just myself. Meals, friends and family just go together.

To some fastfood or casual dining restaurant, yes, several times in fact. I do this each time I want some alone time. I go around, browse at some bookstore, then eat... by myself. I enjoy it because even if it can be a bit noisy around me, I am still on my own. I like reading during these times because it means I can be so immersed in the book or magazine with no one to bother me. Best of all, no one will rush me that we have to leave or do something else. I can savor my food, pick at it, or breeze through it. It's a very good time for reflection as well because there is no conversation. And you can people-watch, observe how others interact or react to certain situations.

I only have a couple of times at fast food restaurants where there were a few others eating alone too. It's fine but I prefer going out with others.

Yes, I already have experienced it, lot of times... It's just that it is so boring to eat alone. I don't have someone to talk too and I can eat the way I want to. Need to watch my manners especially when I'm eating out... LOL... You should try eating alone... That's when you'll realize what having friends really do mean... Keep on posting my friend!

Yes, on many occasions. I don't necessarily like it, but it has to do with being really hungry and having nothing or no time to cook. Must be the Italian in me, but I like meals to be a loud, laughing, family/community thing. I always feel a little lonely eating out by myself.

although I'm typically a loner, eating out alone doesn't really feel well to me, especially when you a table of families or friends having fun beside your table.

I did a lot of time, soetimes I work far away and I remain speeping in hotel so for dinner I have to go in restaurant alone... take something to read with me so the time pass better.. Nun

As guys it happens when i am travel and where no friend around me sometimes, i hang out and eat alone, but normally eating alone never gives pleasure of eating as we think about something else or people around us.... i am not happy to eat out alone unless the situation needs

Yeah sometimes I go to mac donalds alone to eat something, I love eating lol even if noone want to come with me evenn my girlfriend I go alone. Sometimes I made friends like that lol. With company it is better but alone it is not so bad if you go to fill up your stomach lol.
