We all know that the purpose of the Olympics is to foster camaraderie and unity among nations. In the recent Olympic games in China , do you sincerely think that it did achieve these noble goals? What made you think so? Your thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

I think with nearly ten thousand players across the globe meeting at one place and staying together almost for three weeks or so, it will definitely help in bonding the friendship tags in between the players from different countries. Just recalled what Phelp said, he did not know a lot of youngsters, who were part of US team, before this Olympic. So, an event like Olympic helps to foster the feelings of global friendship. I agree.
