I'm reading a quickie called "The Dogs Who Found Me" by Ken Foster. It's very good, sad, and makes you think quite a bit. It's not a long book, but it caused me to think a lot. Definitely a must for dog (and animal) lovers. So what are you reading? Do I need to put it on my "books I should read" list? Share! Critique!

I am currently reading 'Needful Things' by Stephen King. It's an old book, written around 1991 I think, but I've never got around to reading it until now. I'm a huge Stephen King fan, so have read the vast majority of his books, and only ever not enjoyed one of them; 'Dreamcatcher'. I would definitely recommend it if you're into horror, or thriller books. It's a good read, probably not one of King's big masterpieces, but still a very good book.

Read this one, I enjoyed it very much, like I did almost all of his works before he started getting all weird on aliens and stuff LOL.

Im reading Nineteen Minutes. It is about a school shooting. It is very interesting because it tells the story at different events in the characters lives. So we are told about the shooting through one persons eyes and then it goes back a few years to another time in another characters life and so on. Im probbaly not explaining it very well lol. It is very good book though and one I defiently recommend it especially if you are intersted in things like that. It is not a true story but has obviously had some inspiration from Columbine.

I just finished "The Maya Civilization" by Diego Rival. Not the best, but it's good for your knowledge. I'm not really sure what I'm going to read next. Perhaps a Gothic novel or something.

What a coincidence. Actually, I am just getting started on John Grisham's latest book, The Appeal. I hope that this book is just as amazing as his last 20 books he had written. John Grisham is a brilliant story teller. I like both his legal and non-legal thrillers. Some of his earlier novels, have been made into movies. After this book, I will be waiting for his next one, The Associate, which will be released in 2009. Really recommend anyone to read his books. If there is a bunch of top rated authors out there, John Grisham must be one of them.

I am currently reading The Historian by Elizabeth Kostova. Its about Vlad the Imapaler being Darcula and if he is still alive or not. So far, in the book, it seems that a lot of historians are getting this books that all but blanket, the only thing in them is a woodcut of a dragon in the middle and it seems that these people are marked to become vampires. And it seems that some of Vlads decendents are still alive and one out of every generation are given a tattoo of a dragon. Its really indteresting and has some history in it but its really long. I can usually read a book in two to three days and i been reading this one for about a week now and i am not finished with it, its been a real blow to my ego. LOL. But what do you expect from a book that is over 900 pages long.
