Hi, after doing some searching i came across this site: http://createblog.com it has a lot of layouts that can be used in blogs or websites, and some tutorials/scripts and many other useful things, i really liked it a lot, so i thought i should share it with other people. Hope you find it useful.

You can also try eblogtemplates. They have lots of cool and professionally designed blog templates for blogger and wordpress. I got my blog template from them.
They also have collection of very useful blogging tips and tricks. Some of them I also used in my blog: http://dagitablog.blogspot.com/.
