How do I change my avatar?

Could someone tell me what I have to do to change my avatar. I tried to change it this morning and what I wanted to use ended up as a picture. Also could someone tell me how to remove my web site link it no longer works. I tried writing to my lot but they never answered me back on removing it. Need help anyone. Thanks!!

And as usual i have come late to my friends discussion.. and it seems that you learnt the art of changing the avatar.. The pertinen,strong and penetrating look of this "eye" is really good.. looks in to it ..makes sometimes threatening.. some times.. puzzling, sending deep and strong looks in to others..
Really a good selection.

I thought the eye was a good choice. It took me a while to find the right one though. I had a ying&yang there at first but didn't like how it looked so I tried something different. I think the eye looks nice. Thanks for you thought, have a good one.
