My friend owes me money

My best friend owes me money, and when ever I bring up the subject he gets anry.
He always say he doesn't have the money right now, and to stop bugging him for it.
Its been about 4 months now, and I am really a bit short of cash.
I don't know how to approach him about it. With out him getting all worked up about it.

I also got a friend like that. And now he is my ex-friend. I think he is a user. He is so kind if hes in need. One time he needed a money because he wanted to be seperated from his brother pad. And his money is short for the downpayment for the new pad that he wanted to rent. So he owes me a one month deposit for that pad. I never bug or ask him to pay me. But one time we got an argument, he accuse me that because he owe me something i already have the right to pull him down which i never ever done.

Their are really friends when they needed you you were their for them,and when you needed them their the one who doesn't know how to repay you back. I f I were you forget it I don't think his interested to pay you back. How inconsiderate.If it happened to me I'll just look for another options then just me getting pissed off and my time will just be wasted.If his my friend. That will be the last time he could ask help from me. The first and the last. No favors anymore. Have a nice day!

If that is true friendship can not use money to measure. I often borrow money to a friend, but I have not thought about him also,perhaps he will also have money in the time. At the same time, we also intend to do, a person's credibility problem, we make a judgement as much as possible, and then decide whether to lend money to friends!
