lose weight without exercise.

I gained weight during pregnancy. And after delivery i didnt lose the weight much. I want to lose it without exercise because i dint get time for it. Because of time I cant do the exercise regularly. So i want the method of losing weight without exercise. Please suggest me.......

I don't think you can loose weight with out excericing You can find time to excerise, I shall give you a few ideas that are easy and won't take much time to take, and they are all able to be done in the house. 1)Hanging out the clothes on the line...... only take one item of clothes to the line with you and two pegs so you have to keep walking back to the washing basket to get clothes and pegs 2) If you run up the stairs then run instead of walking... uses more calories. 3) If you have money by a excerise bike or cheap runnung machine and run while watching your fave shows on tv. 4) I have a turning board that counts turns etc, I have it downstairs and when I get a few seconds I go on it and do a few turns, over the day it mounts up, but i wouldn't have 30 mins or so to do it non stop 5) When standing doing the ironing, washing up, cooking practice pulling your tummy in, counting to 5 and then repeating it again and again.... helps the tummy muscles to get toned I'm sure there are lots more... hope this has helped you on your way.
