i don know what chicken dish you cooked , but would love to share a receipe with you .. cut chicken, blend ginger and squeeze the juice into chicken, add a bit of chilli powder, salt to taste ... marinate for an hour .. then you can try to deep fry the chicken or bbq it ... you can taste the unique taste of spices

We love spicy food! Whatever I cook I put chilli flakes because we don't have powder even fresh chilli sometimes! I think you are right just put a little bit because when it get too spicy you can't taste the dish at all.

My husband loves chili in his food. He uses it as a dip, he also craves for chili flakes. Do you know how to prepare it? Chicken is very versatile, you could almost use any spice on it and it would still taste good

i find that the chilly powder over here doesn't make the food that spicy at all. so personally, i actually use it just like a food coloring, to give it a more reddish appearance and it works wonders.

I use very little chillies in my dishes too. Guess its not the chilli powder that you use that makes a difference to the dish. It is required but not in excess.
