nope i dont i hate brown bread though i found this on the internet
Your choice of bread is essential - avoid cheap white bread and go for a healthy brown loaf instead. Rye, wholemeal or soda bread are also healthier options.
so do you eat brown bread? do you prefer it to white bread?

Our family does. It is a dense bread. And it takes some getting used to. But it is a healthier choice. We also change things up. A nice potato bread is good for sandwiches and makes a tasty treat.
