how many of us will be returning back to college as mature students in september? It seems that more and more adults are returning back to school which is very good. My husband is going back to do yr 2 of a course, he did year one last year. In England the GCSE results came out today, one the news there was a girl of 12 who passed GCSE dance at a grade B, a 9 year old boy passed I think it was maths at a A*. And a lovely man in way over retirement age (can't remeber his age) also passed maths GCSE grade D. and he had never ever sat an exam in his life. so it seems it is never too late to learn.

I'm one of the mature students. I got my first degree ten years ago and I had register for my second degree early this year. It's hard for me to go back to school (University is still a school) as a student, because I'm a teacher. I'm always ask my students to study hard, and now my supervisor always advice me the same thing. I just hope my 'study spirit' will come back as I got it ten years ago...
