Anyone else confused with the Housebunny/towns thing?

So I followed the link for the newest housebunny item, and it took me into Towns. But where am I supposed to find Shelly? She isn't in the Towns Start with Ian and them. I assume you are supposed to head over to a specific lot, but I don't remember being told which one? Is it a hunt and find? Or did Gaia leave something out of the announcement?
