Do you warry about being brave?

Recently I found I was afried of being brave. To be brave is not that easy. I have heard of that " If you are well, there is nothing to warry about; if you are sick, there are two things to worry about: either you will get well or you will die." Actually it is just the thing that you have to face your sickness, so you may worry about being brave to face it, then worry about getting a result. What do you think of it?

Thanks so much. I will always cheer myself up, but sometimes I am confused about warrying about being brave. For English, practice makes perfect. I am still on my way learning and practicing.
