Earnings disappeared

Hi, I logged in to my account after long time, to my utter surprise and disappointment all my earnings were gone. There is no money, earnings are 0. I have no idea what has gone wrong. i have written a mail to the admin but have not received any reply from them. i need your suggestion what should i do.
