Do U like Mink Blankets or Quilts in Winter

I do not like quilts but I like double Mink Blanket in the severe cold. These are very comfortable to sleep. We had been using quilts but these are more bulky and rough. Now there has become a fashion to use the mink blanket and even the heavy woolen blankets are being replaced by the Mink Blankets. About 15 years ago we purchased German and Korean Mink Blanket and these are very much durable soft and comfortable. What about you, do you use Blankets or Quilts or both please discuss.
