Neo bux referral package profit or loss

Dear friends i want to know whether you are getting profit from referral renting from neo bux.Actually i took 10 referrals on rent basis for 5$ but if every body will click 80% or 90% i can make 5 to 6$ may be may not be,then what's our profit,because the package price is 3$ but they are taking extra 2$ then why to take rent,why they are taking 2$,pl help me finding out the secret.
