Have meet no more than 0.5 kg every day and be away from cancer.

I ever read a article which advice us not to have meat too much. If we have meat more than 0.5 kg a day, the possibility of suffer cancer will increase. And we should better have more vegetables and fruit. Are you agree with the advice?

hi lixiaos, i don't know the exact number of maximum meat we can take a day. but i agree that eating too much meat won't be good for our health. having more vegetables and fruits is also a very good way to keep us healthy. actually our physical structure, especially our digestion is designed for digesting vegetables, fruit, grains and other kinds of food from plant, not for digesting food from animal. we are born to be a 'herbivore', not a carnivore. length of our intestine is 12 times our body length. like cows. while a tiger's intestine is 3 times its body length. we have jaws as well as cows to chew our fiber food, while carnivore has canine tooth to rip meat (they don't need to chew their food as meat need only chemical digestion, not mechanical digestion like fiber food from plant).

Hi, I agree. A lot of people are having bad diet everyday. Most people are eating more meat than vegetable. So, if we can reduce eating too much meat, the risk of getting cancer will be lowered. If we can have balance diet by taking balance amount of meat and vegetable, it will be very good for our health.
