Find a good body language book and learn what each way to move and stand says. Even maybe find online a site that will show what each thing means. I know that when you cross your arms you are defensive. Though maybe in another culture it means something else. So find the information that pertains to your area of the world and I do hope it helps you. Feedback from a trusted colleage could also help you understand how others may perceive you. Remember though, the others that view you will always have their own perspective that they view everything from, including you. You can only do so much. Good luck.
