What do you do when you suddenly feel lonely in your house and no friends or relatives to meet you ?

I turn on the TV or radio to some sort of chat or discussion programme. Then the unscripted responses are more like real conversation and they make me less lonely. I also chat to my pussycats!

it's like today actualy here i am surfing the internet and watching tv i dont do cleaning and stuff because i have a house keeper

Well, clean the house. Sweeping, washing dishes, washing clothes, etc things. When its all done then turn on a radio and then start to read a newspaper and book. If its still lonely then well sleep of course...
