Whats wrong with Bux.To? Any idea?

I've not been able to login to Bux.To for the past couple of days as the site doesn't open. Is there any problem? I heard they were planning to change server. If its true then how long will it take? I'm worried. I was nearing payout. It'll be disappointing to learn that the site is closed, though hoping its not true. Any idea anyone as to whats wrong?
