I have never had one of these but I have a severe headache for several days. Tylenol doesn't do anything. Any suggestions?

Japanese therapy: Drink 2 to 3 litres of water per day, preferably 2 litres in the morning itself in empty stomach. I first did not believe it. When I started practicing it from the age of 40 (now I am 55), it has worked excellent. NO headaches, no cold, no sneezing, no coughing (I am a smoker)except when I am exposed to extreme. What I mean is in normal conditions, all these problems are solved. Why donot you try? Plus make sure you sleep early and get up early. Can you make observations in your diary w.r.t. when you get the migrain headache. Did you try glasses? My sister gets migraine, when she travels long distances.

Have you eaten something different or something you haven't eaten in a long time? Foods and allergies can trigger migraines.

I have severe Migraines, the only over the counter I've found that helps is Excedrin Migraine....but actually coffee is the best remedy. Believe it or not it genuinely will help. Jerm
