mylot need to change

hi every one myself a new member but i noticed that the stat updating time varies and its not stable this can be a trick or i have heard that my lot updates every 18 hours why so why don't they update at once and they need to increase our commission because now they have got enough members so please help me to take our voice to mylot officials .
