How often do you check your weight?

Though I'm so weight conscious, I never check my weight very often. May be it would be somewhere once in 2 months or more. But I have seen some people who check their weight atleast once in 2 days or even daily. How about you? Are you very weight conscious? How often do you check your weight? Do you think that checking the weight daily will help you to reduce the extra weight gained?

I also do not check the weight very often. rather i check it very less. may be once in two years. even that is not done always.i think atleast we should check once in six months

I rarely check my weight, the thing is that i dont find a reason to check my weight on a regular basis. I am not over weighted and also my weight remains fairly constant for the last 3 years.I am now 64 Kilo Gram,not bad i think ;)

May be you are fit for your height. My aunty checks her weight everyday. She weighs about 89 kgs and wants to reduce weight. So checks it daily. For her, even a slight change of 1kg is a drastic weight gain..She has been working very hard to reduce her weight for the past 2 years.

Hey smilyn I am very much weight conscious. I check my wt at regular intervali.e. once in 3 months. I control my diet. Increasing wt is a risk prone factor . Keep watch on wt and take preventive measure. pkc3000

I'm also like you only. I like to have a watch on my weight very often. I can even recognise a small change in my weight even without checking the weight. I like to keep myself fit.

Very often I am a weight watcher. I lost weight recently and looks like I am steadily gaining it back so I am keeping a close watch on it now so that I don't gain too much. If I do I will go back to my diet.

That is true. While gaining weight you have to keep it under control. Otherwise on a one find eday, you will notic ethat you have gained more weight..

I don't. Or perhaps I never. I only had my weight checked when I am undergoing medical checkups, but otherwise, no. I'm not dieting for that matter so for me it doesny really matter how much I weigh. Honestly, I wanne get chubbier.

hello smilyn I think i lose weight this year.Of course, it is my expectation to get that result.Because i feel it is bad to become fat.Just keep my body ina good condition.It is better.I don't like to weigh my body frequently.i will just do it once a month.I think it don't have any chance on my weight in a short time.lol good luck

It is always good to have an eye on your weight and keep a track of the gain. Though I do not workout hard or have a strict diet plan, I'm bit conscious about my weight. I do not eat junk or oily foods. But I enjoy my meals. My best wishes to you to loose some weight by this year end.
