What would be your advice to those appying for a job 10 years after graduating?

I would like to get few tips for those applying for a job after about 10 years after graduating from college. What would be your advice to them? If you were in such a position, what would be the immediate steps that you would take to land in a job?

that is not good to apply for a job 10 years after graduating,because the knowledge you have will totally begone when you never use it and stay only in the house for 10 years,it is good to apply after a year from graduation date so that our brain will take rest.
