Academia-research's trustworthiness

I have a list of freelance writing sites which I update quite frequently at www.squidoo.com/writingfulltime Recently I have been looking at Academia-research and it seems that the track-record on payment writer-wise for it is quite bad and that it has been caught in outright lies before. While I do have a large amount of negative intel about it, I don't feel I have collected enough conclusive evidence to consign it to my "To be avoided" sites list. Anyone here who has written for Academia-research and has had non-payment issues before? I would appreciate if you could give as deatiled a reply as possible. Thank you. Here is what I have gathered so far. - Lied about it's address being in the US while actually being a Urkaine company. - While it won't outright not pay a writer, it'll try to delay and fudge if possible - Was started by someone who split from Essaywriters.net, the notorious freelance writing scam. - Puts up strict requirements for writers on it's website but actually will hire writers who don't reach the qualifications in order to let new writers feel they have been accepted into something more exclusive. -There is quite a lot of bad blood between Essaywriters.net and Academia-research. Part of what makes my search so diffciult, as I have to sift through quite a lot of outright lies by Essaywriters.net badmouthing Academia-research on the freelancewriting forums from the genuine cases that were cheated
