I have read an article about Koreans. It stated there that they are the type of people who likes to do things fast. They want to accomplish a goal right away. They want things to be done abruptly. Are you like that? What do you think are the pros and cons for that?

Yes your right my friend. Koreans really wants to have what they want as fast as they could. I can prove that because we have many korean customers. And because of them I am Inspired to do the same like them. Now I do my work faster as i could. And it really feels rewarding when you are done with your job in just a few time. And your boss will tell you "How did you do It?"

I do things fast especially when I do things that I'm used to doing or I'm really good at.. In my work in the bank, to ensure the quality of service for the clients, we have to work our tasks efficiently, accurately and without going against the bank's policies and practices all at a fast pace.. sometimes its hard coz you have to compromise everything, you have to see to it what the client wants for their transactions at the same time trying to adjust everything so as not to go against the bank's policies.. think fast and wisely to be able to do the right decision for various client's needs.. its really pretty hard when you work in the banking industry, its like people expect you to do everything for them, and you're being outnumbered and worst..everyone wants to be served first, that's why I have come to master the art of multi-tasking, such skill is really important at work, it really helps me become more cautious, wise and focus.. when you're fast, it improves the quality of service and client satisfaction..

I do things fast. I want job to be done right away. I don't want delays, I don't want to be late. I want to be ahead of schedule. And guess what I end up redoing the work, or having negative comments about it. I usually don't do it well because of doing it in a hurry. My best friend told me "slow but sure". I tried to do things slowly. But I really can't my feet, my hands are so itchy, I want to do really fast, fast. I just can't sit down and do things slowly. I want everything in fast forward, so I can go home and sleep. I want to have more time sleeping or rest at home to watch my favorite shows.

Hi Nengs, it depends on what things you are referring to. If it is work, then I am rather choleric, result-oriented, and want things done on or ahead of schedule. I don't like to leave things hanging or uncompleted; I plan ahead and expect my team to work with me. However at home, I'm totally opposite. I'm laid back; if I can put off ironing my clothes or any other housework, I would. I like to laze around, read books, watch TV and just do things on impulse.

well every task has to be done in a proper way!! and i believe that more than doing a task fast and not perfectly it is better to do the work slow and perfectly!!!!.. so i believe that the task which is done perfectly matters!! and it doesn matter if we do it slow or fast!!!

I focus on what it is I need to do, and I may spend a lot of time thinking about it. I would rather do that than rush into something and get it wrong. It seems I am really what you call a slow type of person, though I think it is natural to have a desire to do things fast and finish it sooner, I have learned the slow way is better. With me it's not so much the speed with which I accomplish my goals that's important, it's more about the amount of effort I put into it. I am willing to take a long time and put a lot of effort into something now, to ensure I am successful. In the past I think I have put too little effort into some things and that is why it took so long or I never really achieved my goal.
