Big or Aidan? Which is which?

Carrie Bradshaw had a hard time choosing among Aidan Shaw and John James Preston ( more known as BIG). If you were Carrie or if given a chance to choose for her, who are you going to choose? Aidan the nice guy or Big, the man who broke her heart for a couple of times?

i think big broke her heart many times over----i love big bu i would go for aidan anyday...given his sweet nature and you can get security with him...seems he really loved carrie.

Yes, that is exactly why I always preferred Aidan as well. In real life, it definitely makes sense to go for that kind of guy instead of the meanie, but it is not real life, it is a tv-show, and I think that is why it ended the way it did, and not like I wanted it to.

Well, if I was her, I would go for Aidan, and I always liked him more on the show than Big as well. But then the show would have been completely different, so in that way, it makes more sense that she ends up with Big for the show...

Oh, my gosh! That would be a hard choice. Aidan was so breath taking but Big was a man I would have been attracted to. Aidan was so calm and likeable, Big was a mess but sexy and refined. Yum! I would have to go with Big. Especially after he got sick. I think Carrie put alot of stuff off on him that wasn't really reasonable or founded. Not all but alot of it.

I think Aidan is the PERFECT man. But I think that Big is the PERFECT man for CARRIE. For some reason they just have this spark. I don't know. They just like to challenge eachother and have this realtionship that is up and down but they seem to have passion too. So I guess I would choose Big...even if he can be an a-hole!

Aidan should have been the best amongst all Carrie's love interests. But since Big made up to her on the last episodes of season 6, then i would choose him over Aidan. For the fact that he's more gorgeous, more financially stable (the next Donald Trump as Samantha put it) and the more connection he has with Carrie.

I would say Big, they have such a long history together, and I think they are meant to be, especially since he told her that she was "the one." That is why they broke up one of the times, because he couldn't say that she was, but in the last episode he realizes it. Aidan is a nice guy, but he doesn't have that extra spark that Big has, Big has that touch of mystery that keeps the relationship good.
