Alertpay limitation

I have a question about alertpay limitation,I have 2 account Personal Pro and Personal Starter and NOT VERIFIED ,I must change my money by sending it to another account that owned by my dealer,but i'm not sure that if i had a big amount of money for example more than 100 dollar can i transfer it or send it to another account in 1 month?If any one know plz help me?
