Outsourcing....is it all its cracked up to be?

i work in a call center that recently started outsourcing to indonesia or somewhere, and while i've met the people working there, i find that call volme has gotten worse. i work for a bank so calls are always steady but latley its been rediculous. anyone else have this problem? how do you deal with the stress of having calls transfered to you for no reason and how often do you push back....while keeping your stats up?
