Are payments Monthly?

Hey friends just wanted to ask you'll one question as i'm pretty new here. Are the payments monthly?? As in suppose one not able to reach the 10$ mark by the end of the month then basically what happens to their earnings?
Do the earnings get lapsed and all the counters set back to zero when the new month begins? Or is our pay carried over to the next month and continues to go up from that particular amount so that we are still able to reach the 10$ mark and get our pay.
Could you'll please brief me on this one. Thanks a lot.

when you reach $10 for this month, wait on or before 15th on the following month then you will see that your 10 bucks will be transfered on your account (paypal or moneybookers) when you didnt manage to qualify for the sept payment, your earnings for august will be carried over on the following month so you don't have to worry. in my case i know that i will not be qualified for this month coz i'm too far for the minimum payout, so i will just wait for the following month to be qualified hehehe.. 
it looks like you already have 90 post, 10 more to go & you will get your star!

Oh thanks a lot for the brief information jinxky. I actually joined just 3 days back so it would be almost like impossible for me to reach 10$ for this month. Thats the reason i was a little bit worried. Else all my efforts would go down the drain. Lolzz..
And you said at 100 i will get my star. What does that basically mean? I don't have a clue or rather what would that signify??

well the star is your mylot reputation here, 10 is the highest which is the blue one. your star signifies how active you are here & how you respond here, 8 more to go & you will get your star hehehe.. goodluck again & thanks for the pencil too

Payments are on monthly basis ^_^ NOrmally u will have 1 whole month starting from 1st-30/31st, to reach $10.. And if u manage to hit that or even b4 end of the month, it will be good, as mylot will pay u on the 15th of the next month ^_^
BUt if u din reach the minimum payout for the month, no worries too, as mylot will bring forward those earnings to the next month and u can carry on from there ^_^

Payments are made monthly. If you reach minimum payout by the end of this month, you will get paid by middle of next month. If you can't make it to minimum payout, your earnings will roll over and you can continue to earn until you reach payout.
