how do you deal with you boss?

I'm sure many people, in one part of their life has had a boss. I myself has more then 10 bosses despite being working at only 3 different places. There are immediate boss, secondary boss, temporary boss, Head boss.. you name it. All of them has their own personality so i need to adapt myself to them. I am also one of the boss in my work place but one of my staff cannot adapt to me! If other staff has different views from me, they will voice it out, but if i don't agree with it, they will just keep quiet. But this particular staff is not like that. She's only been working for less than 1 year but she dare giving me the long face if i don't share the same views with her. She even gave me a letter spilling out all the things that she dislikes about me! When i confronted her, she would get angry and cry!!?? I have never come across anything like that. If my boss did the things i don't like, i would just shrug it off. He's the boss. How about you people?

I have had bosses, but not for about 9 years now as I am a stay at home mum. What I can remember of my bosses I was always lucky and had really good ones that were fair, friendly and women! Although I have had male bosses too.
I cannot believe that one of your staff gave you a letter telling you all the things she dislikes about you. I think that I would have had to have words with her about her regard towards me.
