how do you click fast???

at present i m clicking at 16 ptcs.(some exchange refs) but i was wondering,,what techniques you guys use to click ptc. like some mozzila adons or something which help to click fast. For me i have made a list in notepad.And at the end of day i make sure i have clicked at all. --------------------- thanks
