More insights about PTCs

It seems I have a wrong concept about PTCs and their function, which prevented me to join with such programs. I have argued against them in some myLot discussion, probably due to that wrong impression.
Can you help me to get more about PTCs and how it works. Also if there is good paying sites, I would like to join.
Please help me to clear my wrong impressions.

Nowdays there 's been not such great time for thiat kind of sites because they were attacked by hackers (actually their servers) but now thay are standing back on their feet. If you are interested send me a friend request and I would gladly send you links to some trusted and good sites.
