you don't have to panic. that's normal. they said 25 to 50 hair loss everyday is normal.the new hair is starting to grow so it pushes out the old hair. I have a long hair and i got they same problem like you have. we have white tiles and it really shows my hair is everwhere. just condition it ever other day so it will stay soft.

It all depends on if your hair is breaking off (somewhere along the hair shaft) or if it's falling out from your scalp. If it's breaking off, certain medications, illness, over processing, extremely dry brittle hair, or malnutrition can all cause breakage. If it is coming out of your scalp then again certain health conditions such as alopecia. This is an auto-immune problem where the body attacks the hair follicles causing hair to fall out. There are medications which affect hair follicles also. Malnutrition can also affect hair follicles. If you have no health problems, are not on any medications, and have a healthy diet, then more than likely it is male hormones causing the fallout. This is usually hereditary. If you have ancestors (male or female) who had thinning hair or baldness then it's likely that you have inherited the trait. Unfortunately there is little you will be able to do about this. No hair treatment will stop this so the eggs and conditioners are a waste of money as far as stopping the problem. The problem is not the hair, in this scenario, but the hair follicles under the skin of your scalp. There are scalp treatments such as Rogaine or Regaine, depending on where you live, which contains Minoxidil. Minoxidil is a vasodialtor which stimulates blood flow around the hair follicles which encourages hair growth. It is very effective for a lot of people but you have to use it for the rest of your life. As soon as you stop using it the fallout will return. Plus there can be side effects of using Minoxidil. If your problem is hormonal, there really is nothing you can do other than a hair transplant or other types of surgery. You have to find the cause to know how to treat the problem. Your doctor may be able to help.

Im well prepared for this. Im 26 years old now. So far i have more greying hair than I do falling out hair

Get your thyroid checked by your doctor. Mine was falling out, I had the blood test for thyroid, found out the hair was falling out because my thyroid wasen't working the way it should. I'm on meds and alot of my hair grew back since.
