Although our Presidential candidates aren't likely to be behind the wheels of their own cars anytime soon, according to this article http://www.4029tv.com/automotive/17289127/detail.html?treets=fts&tid=2656340438813&tml=fts_ent&tmi=fts_ent_1_12150208262008&ts=H Obama, until recently, drove a Chrysler 300C with a powerful V-8 Hemi engine, but recently made the switch to a Ford Escape Hybrid, also among the cars driven by John Edwards, Al Gore and Hillary Rodham Clinton. The Republican candidate, McCain, now drives a Cadillac CTS sedan. So what kind of wheels are you driving?

My last car was a 1990 Toyota Camry five-speed which I literally drove the wheels off of. I'm currently between vehicles since when the registration and inspection expired on my car the repairs necessary for it to pass inspection was more than we felt it was worth and more than we could afford at the time since I'm waiting approval of a disability retirement claim and currently have no personal income other than what I make online. My husband drives a 2001 Pontiac Montana mini-van which is pretty decent on gas and enables us to all fit in one vehicle when we go places with the whole family instead of taking two or more cars so it's a net savings on gas and upkeep. I don't drive yet, but we have been driving a older model Lincoln. Right now, we are using someone else's car, because ours needs to be repaired.
