How do I add images to mylot?

Hey everybody, where do you get these images from thats always displayed in your messages, I do have a scanner but am not a computer wizz, how do I get my pic or any other image next to my name and in my messages?
Next to a persons name is a number in brackets, how does this reflect to money that you will earn?

You have to edit your profile... And when that comes up, look for the add avatar... That's the pic... Hit browse and it'll pull up your files on your computer for you to locate a pic to post :) uhmm I hope that made sense to you...
