Sites that gives you referrals: do it really exists?

Well, I knew recently about some sites that gives you referrals to your PTCs sites, or something like that, and I'd like to know if it's true..
I ask it 'cause I can't picture how it's done, 'cause they are kind of "selling" a person!

I'm a member at getref. Not constantly using it. But the day I registered I signed up under someone's referral at Zenzuu to earn 2 credits. I invested the 2 credits for a referral to join me under neobux. About 8 or 9 days later someone responded to my offer and signed up to be my refferal at neobux. Guess I'm lucky. Yes, they work but with so many offers it's not easy to get a ref. I was really lucky to get one for neobux as it is one most offered site there. Goodluck. Hope you'd be lucky as I were.

Yes, but I was trying an alternative way of getting referrals, because I don't have money and all the people that said me that was going to be my referral didn't do it..
But, oh well, just one more scam. =/
