First of all, I am very sorry for your loss. I havent lost either of my parents, so I cant say that I know how you feel because I dont. I dont think anyone can tell you how to cope with your loss. It is important for you to grieve and get it out. Cry, scream, talk! Dont hold your feelings inside, because that certainly wont help. God bless you!

Yes that is so true You will feel heavy if you trap your feelings inside but at the same time you will be much relieved if you cry your heart out! I know that people who go wont come back but you got her memories to live with

I am so sorry. That is very painful. It takes time to heal honey. Try to stay busy.

It will get easier as time goes by I too lost someone very dear to me I lost my dad on oct.17th I still think about him everyday and cry alot when someone ask me how I am doing. Please just remember you will always have wonderful memories. I talk to my dad everyday when I am by myself and it helps. My prayers are with you. God Bless you

I am so sorry. Time is the only thing that heals. Look at places for online support dealing with loss. Message boards, online chats, etc. They seem to get me through some dark days. If you are still having trouble coping, go see your Dr. and ask for maybe some Xanax or something. Again, I am so sorry. I know what it is to lose someone.
