As we know, Honda uses VTEC and i-VTEC in their cars engine technology, and Toyota uses VVT and VVTi. But, what are the differences between these four technology? Any body have any ideas?

hi daviperio, i don't know bout vvt and vvti, but i do know something bout vtec and ivtec.. the difference of both vtecs are at the vtec engagement..vtec engage immediately while ivtec engage more smoothly..plus, i've read that ivtec also automatically advance and retarding the cam pulley when the vtec engaged.. the performance...i've seen a stock b16b beat a k20a..it is only one race so i can't say that vtec is better that i-vtec.. but a 1.6l beating a 2.0l..lol.. :)
