So if that's true, why do so many religions profess to be the one true religion and its believers to be the chosen people?

God has no religion, but the way to reach God,and receive enlightenment is different. The religions are probably the different ways to reach him.But in this regard,I think, all believers are human beings ,and there cannot be chosen people, all person in the eye of god is equal.

its true. god has no religion. most religions are like barking dogs. they keep barking unnecessarily. whether they like or do not like someone, they still bark. that is their way. if god has no religion, then there is no heaven and hell. no sins, no sinners and no saviors and no prophets. there are no chosen ones. its another kind of stupidity. there may be a little truth here and there in most religions, but otherwise it is pure crap.
