I heard of saddam's hanging and though I know he is not the one to be sympathised with, but I did feel bad for him. if we can't give back life how can we take a life. what do you all feel?

I don't look at it like we are PUNISHING Saddam, I look at it like we are removing a harmful, dangerous, person from the Earth. I don't belive in punishment. Taking a life does not bring back anyone who has been killed. However, it sometimes is nessesary to get rid of people who pose a danger to others. However, I do not think that regular capital punishment for everyday citizens is right. There are too many people who cannot afford good legal representaives. The poor will get executed, and the guilty rich will go free. When they later find out someone is innocent, you cannot bring them back to tell them "sorry".

I think thats wonderful! Off with his head! I think they should do something much worse to him then hang him.
