Really? All I can hope is that people truly appreciate this for what it is. The last people that saw this were alive before Christ; and there may not even BE people around to see the next one! I wonder how many people actually even consider it this way and realize how fortunate they are to be able to witness a phenomena like this?

James i got the news like US countries will be in dark continuously for 36 hours while the opposite countries will have sun for 36 hours just check where Egypt is on the globe.Thank you.

Dear one of my friend forwarded it to me.I don't have any database i was just checking whether some one in mylot got the same forwarded message.Its not years to pass on just weeks so lets check if its true then we are all going to be lucky if not daily schedule goes as usual.Cheers MOIN.

where else does this appear. I know of these anomolies, only through reading books. I dont have any real experience. I would like to have a continous commentary on the day. I will sure be able to login. Will remember the day, and note it in my diary.. to cancel all offline appointments.

Generally people will make such forecasts which will come after 50 or 100 years and we will not be around to check the truth. In this case is only about 50 days. Let's remember to witness it. One small question with Big impact "What will happen to watches & clocks ? "

How is this possible? The Earth would have to stop rotation which would kill everything on it! Also, NASA would have information on this if it were true, and they do NOT. When they post something about it....then I will believe it....maybe.
