doubt regarding alert pay?

hi mylotters.. most of the ptc sites have payment through alert pay.. alert pay reqiures address proof mailed to canada..am residing in india..how can we transfer it to paypal..or is thr anyway to trasfer it to my bank accout without getting verified??
